Job description
The Claims Manager supports TCR's risk management function through the management of insurance claims and related litigation across development, construction, and operational activities. This role serves as a key liaison among business leaders, Legal, insurers, brokers, third-party administrators, and outside counsel to ensure timely claim resolution, effective litigation management, and proactive risk mitigation.
The position combines deep technical claims expertise with strong relationship management and communication skills. This role will report to the Director of Risk Management and will be based in our Dallas office.
