Job description
This role involves supporting the data and reporting requirements of AFL’s Key Business Units. Under general supervision, the Analyst will design, develop, implement, enhance and maintain software applications partnering with internal business solution architects, business analysts, and systems analysts. This role requires heavy interaction with Key business leaders and managers to understand the daily operations and future goals.
This will then have to be converted to requirements and/or reports. The focus of this individual is Data Analysis and Enterprise Reporting, and is expected to consistently follow the Agile methodologies in all development activities.
