Role Summary

• Advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and similar transactions
• Draft and negotiate core deal documents and manage transactions end to end
• Handle general corporate matters for portfolio companies and strategic clients Candidate Profile
• Law school class years 2018–2021
• Significant hands-on M&A experience and fluency with corporate law and market terms
• Proven drafting skills, effective deal management, and comfort running workstreams with autonomy
• Driven, business-development mindset with the judgment to own client-facing responsibilities Why This Role
