Law 100 client, a top firm in the tech transactions space, is actively seeking a sharp, mid-level associate (3–5 years) to join its San Francisco office.

What You Bring 3–5 years of tech transactions experience at a peer firm Sophisticated drafting and negotiation skills Strong academic credentials; science/tech background a plus Bar admission in the state you are applying or ability to quickly waive in.
