岗位职责 / Duties:
- Responsible for the daily management of the dark store delivery module, developing regional delivery management plans and supervising on-site execution.
- Facilitate the implementation of business operations in the region, monitor daily operations, service quality, and performance metrics.
- Collect, provide feedback on, and resolve fulfillment issues in the region, follow up on operational anomalies, and conduct experience analysis for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the training of supervisors/riders in the region to enhance employees' overall quality and business capabilities.
- Ensure service quality at sites within the region, analyze delivery customer complaints, implement effective measures to control complaints, and provide professional, efficient, and high-quality delivery services to enhance customer satisfaction.
任职要求 / Requirements: 1.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management, or at least 3 years of relevant experience in delivery operations. 2. Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of effective cross-team collaboration and communication with other departments or external entities, diligent, responsible. 3. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using various MS software, with strong data processing and analysis skills, as well as document organization and summarization abilities. 4. Personal Traits: Strong execution capabilities and able to withstand a certain level of work pressure. 5. Market and Project Skills: Strong market development skills, clear thinking, and excellent project management abilities. 6. Location: Based in Riyadh, with proficient English communication skills.
