Cost Excellence Manager (Global OPEX/ Cost Optimization)

We are looking for a high-impact Cost Excellence Manager to drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and OPEX transformation initiatives across to global leader in innovative dental solutions. RESPONSABILITIES

• Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities across all relevant cost areas
• Lead OPEX and cost optimization programs from analysis to implementation and tracking
• Partner with business functions to improve cost structures and efficiency
• Establish cost transparency through KPIs, benchmarking, and reporting tools
• Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior stakeholders
• Support global transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare decision proposals and business cases for senior management REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in cost optimization, consulting, FP&A, controlling, or procurement Ideally experience in a cost reduction consultancy
• Proven track record in OPEX, cost reduction, or transformation programs
• Strong skills in financial analysis, cost modeling, and benchmarking
• Experience in multinational / matrix organizations
• Excellent intercultural stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical, hands-on, and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset LOCATION Madrid
