Job description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with respiratory disorders while supporting physicians and respiratory therapists in delivering high-quality patient care. Perform pulmonary function tests (PFTs), spirometry, and other respiratory diagnostic procedures.
Assist in administering oxygen therapy, nebulization, and other respiratory treatments. Prepare, operate, and maintain respiratory care equipment. Monitor patients during respiratory procedures and report any abnormalities. Ensure proper cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance of respiratory equipment. Maintain accurate patient records and test documentation.
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Respiratory Technology, or a related field. Relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred. Knowledge of respiratory diagnostic equipment and pulmonary care procedures.
