Responsibilities
/ Tasks Key Responsibilities: Support credit card processes, contract management, and procurement systems Assist with ESG reporting, compliance tracking, and legal coordination Help manage tenders, supplier onboarding, and database management Conduct supplier and market research, spend analysis, and cost tracking Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers; support contract renewals Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and presentations Contribute to various procurement projects and ad-hoc tasks Your Profile / Qualifications Must be in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Eligible to undertake an internship as part of your academic program. Fluent in English and Spanish , German is a plus Proficient in MS Office. Strong analytical and communication skills Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment What’s in it for you?
