Central Asia Lubricants Sales Representative

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan Travel: Frequent travel across Central Asia About Sinopec Lubricants Sinopec Lubricant Company is a leading lubricants business of SINOPEC , one of the world’s largest integrated energy and chemical companies. With a strong presence in the global lubricants market, Sinopec Lubricants provides high-quality lubricating oils, greases and related solutions for automotive, industrial, commercial and other applications.

As we continue to expand our business across Central Asia, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Central Asia Lubricants Sales Representative to join our international team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain business relationships with customers and distributors across Central Asian markets. Promote Sinopec lubricants and provide professional product solutions based on customer needs. Identify new business opportunities and support market development in Central Asia. Coordinate with customers, distributors and internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Provide market feedback and support the company’s regional business strategy. Travel frequently across Central Asian countries as required.

Requirements

Fluent in Russian and Kazakh , with b asic working proficiency in Chinese and English. 3+ years of experience in the lubricants industry , with experience in sales, technical support or related roles. Willing and able to undertake frequent and long-term business travel across Central Asia . Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, proactive and able to work effectively as part of an international team.
