Job description
Under direct supervision of the Operations Coordinator, provides skilled labor required for the preventive maintenance and repair of building features, fixtures, furnishings and HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and electronic systems and components thereof. Performs general maintenance and repairs required to maintain building operations and the safety and accessibility of exterior walkways and other paved areas.
This is a full-time, benefited position based out of the Family Justice Center at the Fillmore Campus located at 12220 Fillmore Street, West Olive, MI 49460. Typical working hours are Monday
- Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
