Food Runner (Docent)

The Food Runner assists the wait staff by delivering food to guests. They are responsible for ensuring the dish is presented correctly and are required to answer any questions about the food. They are aware of any changes in the menu and are knowledgeable about the items being served. They deliver an excellent fine-dining experience by providing great customer service.

They follow all operational policies and procedures set by Harwood Hospitality Group training manual.
