The Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) at Fuller Technologies is responsible for managing products across their entire lifecycle—from market introduction and growth through maturity and phase‑out. The role ensures products and solutions remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer needs, market trends, and Fuller’s strategic objectives. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain, the Product Lifecycle Manager drives data‑based decisions related to portfolio optimization, product changes, and lifecycle governance.

Your responsibilities

Manage assigned products throughout the full product lifecycle, including launch, sustainment, optimization, and end‑of‑life planning Define and execute lifecycle strategies aligned with business, technology, and market requirements Monitor product performance (revenue, margin, cost, quality, demand trends and competition) and recommend actions to improve profitability and competitiveness Lead product change management, including cost reductions, supplier changes, redesigns, and compliance updates Coordinate product phase‑in and phase‑out activities, ensuring smooth transitions for customers, operations, and supply chain Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support product positioning, customer communication, and market feedback Act as a key interface between Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure product availability and manufacturability Maintain accurate product documentation, lifecycle status, and portfolio reporting Support portfolio rationalization initiatives and continuous improvement programs What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Several years of experience in product lifecycle management, product management, or a related role in an industrial or technology environment Strong understanding of product portfolios, manufacturing processes, and supply chain dynamics Experience working in cross‑functional, international teams Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and decision‑making skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities As an equal opportunity employer, Fuller Technologies embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
