Our website: www.ttms.com Position : HR Executive Location: Brigade Tech Park, Whitefield, Bengaluru Role Summary:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system for both Malaysia and India employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regional regulations.
  • Work closely with HR teams in both Malaysia and India to support HR-related tasks, such as compliance, policy communication, and employee records management.
  • Support data entry for new hires, employee transfers, promotions, terminations, and other employment changes.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR documents, such as employment letters, contracts, and official communications.
  • Ensure that HR documentation for Malaysia and India employees complies with local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees in India for general HR inquiries, including questions related to benefits, policies, leave, and payroll.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to employee queries and escalate issues to HR managers as necessary.
  • Assist with basic payroll administration for Malaysia and India employees by ensuring timely submission of data (e.g., attendance, leaves) to the payroll team.
  • Support benefits enrolment and administration for employees, ensuring the correct benefits are assigned based on employee eligibility and requirements.
  • Assist with tracking employee leave records for employees in India, ensuring proper documentation is maintained for sick leave, earned leave, and other types of leave.
  • Help process leave requests and update attendance systems in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring employees are set up in the HRIS system.
  • Support the offboarding process, including managing exit documentation, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring the return of company assets.
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives and events across Malaysia and India.
  • Help gather feedback from employees and provide insights into improving the employee experience.
  • Provide administrative assistance on HR projects such as talent development, performance management, and HR system upgrades.
  • Support the collection and analysis of data for HR-related reports and project outcomes.
  • Assist in tracking regional HR trends and assisting in any HR-related audits for both locations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of working experiences across the full spectrum of HR. Experience working in MNCs / IT Field with exposure to HCM tools will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) & Microsoft Outlook/Teams
  • Good understanding and knowledge of India Labour Laws (Both Central and State), payroll management, general human resources policies and procedures and familiar with Human Resource Management System.
  • Preferably, someone with exposure working across different types of employment engagement, such as Service Agreements (SA), Contract Workers demonstrating versatility in handling various workforce structures and needs.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams from different cultural backgrounds, adapting to various work styles and communication methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to interact with people of different levels within the company.
  • Proactive, fast learner, and interested in working with people and interact with all levels of the organisations.
  • Preferable someone with good people skills, passionate about helping others, and will go the extra mile to make sure people feel heard and happy in their place of work
  • Preferable someone who can adapt to frequent changes, thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate flexibility, and has excellent follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Good follow-up committed and responsible personnel. Detail oriented, strong organizational, analytical, and multi-task skills.
  • Highly reliable, fast learner and able to deal with confidential information in secure manner.
  • Preferably candidate(s) who are interested to excel their career in HR & Administration and able to work from office (3 days a week).
  • Preferable someone who is able to commit to work within short notice period.
