About the Role
We're looking for compassionate and dependable Domiciliary Care Workers to join a welcoming home care team supporting people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Working across Cookham, Windsor, Holyport, Old Windsor, Hedgerley, Maidenhead and Hurley, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to predominantly older adults aged 55 and over, with occasional support provided to younger adults aged 18+.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, promoting independence and making a genuine difference within their local community. Shift Patterns Flexible shifts are available across a seven-day service, including:
- Early morning visits
- Day shifts
- Evening visits
- Full and part-time opportunities
- Weekend availability preferred Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care with dignity and respect
- Support clients with washing, dressing and personal hygiene
- Assist with medication where required
- Prepare meals and encourage hydration
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help clients remain independent within their own homes
- Record and report changes in clients' wellbeing
- Follow individual care plans and company policies
- Promote safeguarding, dignity and person-centred care at all times Compliance
- Enhanced DBS required prior to employment

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
- Previous care experience is desirable but a caring attitude is equally important
- Compassionate, reliable and professional approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and committed to delivering outstanding care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Predominantly female carers are required due to client needs, although strong male applicants will also be considered for suitable packages.
