Factory HR

Position: Factory HR Mandatory Eligibility Candidates must meet all of the following criteria: 5–8 years of Factory HR experience. Current or previous experience in a Plywood Manufacturing Company is mandatory. Candidates from other industries will not be considered. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred. Location: Barasat (Sondalia Factory), Kolkata Department: Human Resources Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Experience: 5–8 Years About the Role Saburi Ply Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Factory HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Barasat (Sondalia), Kolkata.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on Factory HR experience in the Plywood Industry and possess a strong understanding of factory HR operations, labour laws, statutory compliance, industrial relations, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete HR operations for the factory workforce. Handle recruitment of blue-collar workers, supervisors, staff, and factory executives. Conduct employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities. Maintain attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift rosters. Coordinate payroll inputs with the Head Office payroll team.

Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and domestic enquiries. Maintain healthy industrial relations and promote a positive work environment. Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers.

Work closely with factory management on manpower planning and workforce optimization. Coordinate with EHS/Safety teams to ensure employee safety and statutory compliance. Support internal and external audits related to HR and statutory compliance. Implement HR policies and organizational initiatives at the factory level.
