As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited to our valued clients. Your primary focus will be to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for each client. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout their journey with us.

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, offering expert advice and guidance. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.

Conduct regular client meetings and presentations, providing updates and demonstrating our value proposition. Stay updated with industry trends and client requirements, offering innovative solutions. Prepare and present reports on client interactions, providing insights for business improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during client interactions.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for future reference. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Digitide Solutions Limited's reputation and values. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.
