We are interested in auditioning Table Games Dealers to join our team. This position follows approved procedures for wagers, cards, chips, payouts, and table security while ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and guest service standards. The Table Games Dealer contributes to a positive gaming experience by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and demonstrating exceptional customer service.

- Nashua, NH Hours: Full-time/Part-time: Variable Shifts
- (1st shift/swing shift/late night shift) with variable Weekends and Holiday's required Job Responsibilities Deal games and resolve wagers accurately at an appropriate pace. Verify wagers, calculate payouts, and handle chips and cash according to approved procedures. Protect cards, chips, and equipment. Report errors, damaged cards, irregularities, and disputes to the supervisor immediately. Welcome guests, explain game procedures clearly, and maintain a professional, engaging presence. Follow table assignments, rotations, break schedules, uniform standards, and attendance expectations. Complete required orientation, game training, and assigned shadow shifts.
Education
and Minimum Requirements Must be 21 years of age Prior live dealing experience or completion of a dealer class is required before an audition. Strong mental math, attention to detail, communication, guest service, and reliability. Ability to handle cards and chips accurately and remain attentive throughout assigned games.
Physical/Mental Working Demands Must be able to move in and around the entire facility throughout the entire workday. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time. Ability to handle small parts and manipulate objects. Must be able to engage and interact with all guests appropriately and work well under the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to successfully communicate on a regular basis with all co-workers, vendors, and guests both in person & over the phone. Must be able to answer all inquiries and provide assistance and information in a clear, professional and accurate manner. Reading, writing, simple arithmetic, mathematics, good color vision, speaking, understanding, hearing, sitting, standing, lifting, bending, working under pressure, and working rapidly for long periods.
Must be able to access and interpret information on computer screens. Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work the entire property; to include the ability to tolerate changes in temperature. Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted and can be loud with guest chatter, overhead music, and live entertainment.
Requires the ability to distinguish letters or symbols, colors, and eye hand coordination. Works well with a team and independently. The Nash Casino is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
