Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the development of system analytics capability for the Custody and Securities Services Division to provide range of issuers and securities services including but not limited to corporate trust, transaction administration, agency, reporting services, fund Administration, transfer Agency, custodian services, etc Lead projects to streamline existing workflow, and increase efficiencies across functions and business teams at the division Act as a bridge between business needs and the technical implementation, focusing on understanding and documenting existing process and identify any improvement areas for the business process orchestration.
Work closely with CCBA and Head office IT teams on system upgrade or acquisition projects for the businesses Work with stakeholders within the businesses and collaborate with internal and external counterparties/system vendors to ensure the systems and/ or infrastructure are in place to be in line with business directions.
Lead through end to end project cycles and be responsible for project management and coordination on system requirements/enhancement, vendors selection, infrastructure, business continuity, and other administrative support requirements Partner and collaborate with other Bank functions and other teams to develop new product capabilities Help manage product development or change projects covering all aspects including product capabilities, pricing, documentation, risk management, operational processes, legal, finance/ accounting, etc.
Assist in managing the product shelf by maintaining and updating all product information such as standard documentation, pricing, SLAs, product approval details, etc. Take the lead on the use of AIs in enhancing the workflows of the businesses, where applicable Job Requirements: Degree holder or above, preferably in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related discipline Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate banking/ institutional clients segment.
Experience in system project management is required. Product knowledge in Securities Services and Digital Assets is preferred. Excellent communication & negotiation skills Excellent programming skills including Python, SQL, VBA, Macro, etc. Good understanding of relevant market infrastructure, e.g. FX processes, clearing systems, CRM, etc.
