Kensington School, a premier private preschool with over 55 years of excellence in Early Childhood Education, is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Director to join our leadership team. With robust support from our Home Office in areas such as Admissions, Payroll, Hiring, Curriculum, Maintenance, Publishing, IT, Purchasing and Food Services, our Directors are free to focus on what truly matters: people.

Compensation

& Benefits Our directors earn an annual salary range of $60,000 to $70,000. Extraordinary bonus opportunities available Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid CPR/First Aid certification Access to a professional career coach This is a full-time position.

Qualifications
