Job description
Maintain and deepen relationships with a core portfolio of SME / Middle Market customers. Actively drive primary sales by acquiring new SME / Middle Market customers and generating new loans with existing customers. Collaborate with product specialists on account planning to identify target customers and tailor product offerings to meet customer needs.
Monitor the overall customer experience and proactively address process lapses or delays to ensure timely turnaround times (TAT). Ensure customers meet basic credit requirements and manage new Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) within approved budgets and guidelines. Prepare comprehensive credit assessments and proposals for loan applications.
Vet, sign, and deliver Letters of Offer in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
