Project Manager – SaaS / Software Implementation

Position: Project Manager – SaaS / Software Implementation Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Candidates with hands-on experience in the Zoho ecosystem will have a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate with implementation, development, and support teams Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients Translate business needs into actionable project plans Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests Ensure quality control and testing before deployment Oversee workflow automation, customization, and integrations Maintain project documentation and reporting Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders Ensure client satisfaction and smooth project handover Support pre-sales team with technical insights when required Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–10+ years of proven experience managing technology, digital transformation, ERP, CRM, HRMS, FINANCE, or enterprise software implementation projects. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.Strong leadership and team coordination skills Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification. Experience managing enterprise application implementation and integration projects. Familiarity with business process automation, workflow management, and digital transformation initiatives.
