Acute Rehab Unit Registered Nurse (Full Time, Night Shift)

3,12-hour shifts, 5pm-5:30am. This position is eligible for a $5K sign on bonus. New Grads Welcome Acute Rehab Unit Registered Nurse (Night Shift) provides direct nursing care to patients with temporary, progressive or permanent physical disabilities, trauma and or chronic illness. Working together with a multidisciplinary team, the Rehab nurse through careful assessment creates and implements a plan of care, and interventions to assist patients in adapting to an altered lifestyle, and to attain and maintain maximum function while providing a therapeutic environment for both the patients and their family members development.
