Proactive Sales Professional

Uni‑Craft Corp. is seeking a Proactive Sales Professional to drive new business growth and expand our market presence. This role focuses on actively engaging prospects, building strong customer relationships, and delivering value‑based solutions aligned with UCC’s engineered products. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is comfortable with disciplined outbound sales activity, and approaches selling in an organized, goal‑driven manner.

Responsibilities include

identifying opportunities, understanding customer challenges, collaborating with engineering and internal teams, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through quoting and closing. Regular customer interaction, conference calls, and travel to customer sites and industry events are expected.
