Job description
Reviews Residential loan applications submitted by the Underwriters to determine an appropriate loan decision has been made and that all supporting documentation is present in the loan file for portfolio loan products. Audits and analyzes mortgage loans to determine if Bank/regulatory guidelines are met. Obtains, reviews, and maintains all required documentation prior to closing. Maintains a thorough knowledge of Bank policies; Federal and State compliance regulations. Adheres to the Bank’s Quality Control plan and has an understanding of its elements.
