Paint Business Unit Manager

The Paint Manager manages, oversee and coordinate all aspects of the paint department activities that affect Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and Costs (SPQDC) in the paint operations. This person will need to adherence to safety and regulatory standards, ensure safe and efficient operations, while maintaining and improving high-quality finishes for our customers.

This role involves managing a team, coordinating production schedules, optimizing resources, and maintaining equipment to support the manufacturing process. Coach, council and train the operations team, improving the teams depths of individuals skills to support business objectives.
