Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle processes Manage training schedules, logistics, and learning materials Drive engagement through communication, wellness, and culture initiatives Support performance reviews and development planning Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and contribute to OD projects Requirements Grade 12 Industrial Psychology Degree Valid Drivers License Proficient in MS Office, Teams and Sharepoint Exposure to Learning and Development platforms
