Payroll Lead, United States

The Payroll Lead, U.S. will lead all functions related to the administration and processing of payroll for 800+ employees across multiple states and operates as the immediate subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve issues or discrepancies. Working closely with HR, Finance, Benefits, and HRIS, the position ensures payroll data integrity, supports system and process improvements, and maintains effective payroll controls.

The role also provides technical guidance and support to other members of the team.
