Powder Coat Technician

The Powder Coat Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality powder-coated parts while maintaining the efficiency and compliance of our powder coat system and pretreatment line. This position involves assisting with technical areas as it relates to the powder coat system, electrostatic spray guns, settings, adjustments, quality checks and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.

This role will work cross-functionally with departments to troubleshoot and drive sustainable improvements and solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to waste treatment regulations and environmental compliance.
