What You Will Be Doing: Vertical: Games (needs to have sold and support game developers – preferably AA and AAA, knowledge of game outsourcing services, art/audio/QA/player support/player experience) Skill sets: experienced prospector and researcher, consuming industry info, tracking and following trends, usage of AI tools for communication/prospecting/research/presentations/proposals/competitive positioning; attention to detail and strong client-facing comms; Curious about buyer behavior AI tech-enabled/trained/curious Comfortable acting on imperfect info or making pattern-based assumptions Disciplined with tools and processes Responsive, sense of urgency, diligent, yet patient Ability to recognize opportunities early and respond with context and confidence Ability to convert intent into meetings Comfortable working with clear and actionable success metrics Who We Are Looking For: Your experience includes: Minimum 3+ years of experience in the gaming industry managing enterprise accounts.

Proven success balancing business development with long-term account growth. Ideally based in Austin, TX and well-connected within the gaming community. Strong relationship builder with a great cultural fit and the ability to engage authentically with clients and colleagues. Demonstrated experience working with indie, AA+, and AAA developers and publishers.

Solid understanding of the gaming services ecosystem, including localization, QA, player support, art, audio, marketing, and analytics. Highly organized, self-starting, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and reporting skills. An existing network in the gaming industry is a significant plus.
