rhi-group.com/ Client & Job Location : Postal Code 59200 Client & Job Location : Address Level 9, Tower 5, Avenue 7, Type Contract Key responsibilities: Drive business development & workshop recruitment into WSMS programme Act as main point of contact (POC) for assigned workshops Candidate will be supporting system and data migration Candidate will be monitoring onboarding progress, system usage, and adoption rates Conduct training sessions for: Workshop owners & staff Castrol Sales team & DSRs Support data migration, including: Customer database Inventory / stock list Financial data (e.

g. transactions, sales records) Provide first-level troubleshooting and post-go-live support Track performance metrics (onboarding completion, active usage, adoption rates) Gather feedback and recommend system/process improvements Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure rollout success About you: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field 1-2 years working experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply) Exposure to sales, customer-facing roles, finance processes or key Account Management (KAM) experience required.

Key Skills: Basic understanding of IT systems / software applications Good communication skills (able to explain systems in simple terms) Problem-solving and willingness to learn Basic understanding of data handling / Excel Exposure to finance concepts (invoicing, transactions) is an advantage Ability to work with both internal teams and external workshops About rhi rhi is a professional services provider with global expertise.
