rhi-group.com/ Client & Job Location : Postal Code 59200 Client & Job Location : Address Level 9, Tower 5, Avenue 7, Type Contract KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Contracting Excellence Lead and manage contracting advisory activities across procurement to ensure alignment with contracting principles. Develop and maintain contract templates in alignment to internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Drive harmonisation of contracting processes across categories - providing cross-divisional process standards. Coordinate with the process owners, SMEs and procurement teams to update and standardise contract templates and approach where appropriate, share learning and best practices, and ensure alignment with the end-to-end process objectives and initiatives in alignment to compliances and risk management.

Maintain updated contracting knowledge repository (including policies and procedures) and communicate appropriately to procurement practitioners. Transformation and Change Management: Implement contracting transformation initiatives, which deliver incremental business value. Leverage digital solutions to drive innovation, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness and value creation Partner with internal discipline teams to automate contracting activities and drive efficiency.

Use influencing, storytelling and communication to encourage digital adoption and better data quality for decision making.

About you

Over 20+ years' experience as procurement professionals

• MNC and managing global team. Bachelor’s Degree in Legal preferred - or equivalent relevant professional experience Post graduate qualification related to contract management desirable ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND JOB REQUIREMENTS: Functional knowledge: Must have an understanding of and be adept at developing and maintaining business context an understanding of strategic direction, priorities, stakeholders, and strategy. Knowledge of procurement contract management. Ability to develop a quick understanding of business objectives and synergise it with contracting strategy. Business expertise: Good stakeholder management and influencing skills in order to develop a deep understanding of the supported businesses / regions / assets and their priorities, including long term objectives. Strategic thinking and commercial acumen An understanding of working in and navigating complex multi-national businesses Track record in collaborating with businesses / stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement Leadership: An SME, who shares knowledge with the wider team and drives delivery of business and procurement priorities.
