Physical Therapist - Per Diem

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with movement, mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional limitations to support recovery and maximize independence. This position develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s physical capacity, psychosocial needs, goals, cognitive abilities, and age.

The Physical Therapist monitors patient progress, provides education regarding safe mobility and equipment use, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered rehabilitative care.
