Finanical Analyst / Accountant

We are seeking an experienced, analytical Financial Analyst / Accountant to join our multi-specialty physician group. This is not a traditional accounting role focused primarily on recording historical transactions, but may include some. We are looking for someone who can look forward, analyze trends, develop forecasts, build financial models, and help leadership make informed business decisions.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers but, more importantly, understands the story behind the numbers. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, practice administrators, physicians, and operational teams to evaluate financial performance, identify opportunities, develop budgets and projections, and support the continued growth of the organization.
