About the Role

You will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of breads and bakery products, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation in line with Bakers Delight standards. Preparing and baking breads, rolls, and specialty products according to standard recipes Measuring, mixing, kneading, and shaping dough to required specifications Monitoring proofing, oven temperatures, and baking times for optimal results Maintaining product quality, consistency, and presentation standards Managing daily production schedules to meet customer demand Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards Assisting with stock control, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries Cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment and work areas Supporting and training junior staff when required Requirements Relevant baking qualification or equivalent industry experience Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar bakery environment Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dough preparation Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and in a fast-paced setting Good teamwork and communication skills Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards Benefits Stable, full-time position Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within the Bakers Delight network Competitive salary based on experience If you are passionate about baking and want to be part of a well-known and respected brand, apply now and join our team at Bakers Delight Nepean Square.
