BMC Discovery & IT CMDB Expert

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

10+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Discovery, CMDB, and ITSM development. Expert-level certification in BMC Discovery, CMDB, and ITSM. Strong expertise in BMC platform upgrades, migrations, and quarterly release management. Expert-level experience in API development and integration modernization. Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native environments.

Experience designing and maintaining CMDB data models, service mapping, and discovery patterns. Develop, configure, and maintain BMC Discovery, CMDB, and ITSM solutions. Lead platform upgrades, patches, and migrations. Design and implement API-based integrations. Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and reconciliation.

Support containerized deployments and operational excellence. Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues.
