SPIFF Developer
Job description
Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Location: PAN India Requirements Experienced Salesforce Spiff Technical Lead to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions.
Strong hands-on Salesforce Spiff expertise, in-depth knowledge of sales compensation processes, integration experience, and proven technical leadership skills. Lead end-to-end Salesforce Spiff solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and support. Translate complex compensation plans and business requirements into scalable Spiff solutions.
Design and configure commission plans, quotas, tiers, bonuses, attainment, and calculation logic. Lead integrations between Spiff and Salesforce CRM, HR/HCM, ERP, data warehouses, and other enterprise systems. Define data mappings, transformation rules, validation controls, and reconciliation processes. Troubleshoot complex data, calculation, integration, and commission payout discrepancies.
Design and support commission statements, operational reports, calculation tracing, and audit requirements. Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and commission calculation validation. Conduct technical and design reviews and establish implementation standards and best practices. Mentor Spiff developers and configurators, providing technical guidance throughout project delivery.
Coordinate with business, compensation, Salesforce, integration, data, and QA teams. Provide technical leadership during deployment, hypercare, and production support. Strong hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Spiff. In-depth knowledge of SPM/ICM and sales compensation processes. Experience designing complex commission and incentive calculation logic.
Strong understanding of quotas, attainment, tiers, rates, credits, bonuses, transactions, and adjustments. Experience with data integrations, APIs, source-to-target mapping, and reconciliation. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and solution design skills. Proven experience leading technical teams and enterprise implementations.
Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills. Exposure to other SPM/ICM platforms, such as Varicent and Xactly. Experience with large-scale implementations or migrations from legacy compensation platforms. Relevant Salesforce or SPM/ICM certifications are desirable.
