Varicent Developer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Location: PAN India Requirements Experienced Varicent Technical Lead to lead the design, configuration, development, and delivery of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions using Varicent.

Strong hands-on Varicent expertise, a solid understanding of sales compensation processes, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Lead the end-to-end design, development, configuration, and implementation of Varicent ICM solutions. Translate complex compensation plans and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Configure and develop complex crediting, attainment, commission, bonus, and incentive calculation logic. Design and maintain Varicent data models, tables, queries, workflows, calculation logic, and reports. Lead data integration, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and performance optimization activities. Troubleshoot complex calculation, integration, data, and production issues.

Lead technical design reviews, testing, deployments, and release management activities. Mentor Varicent developers and provide technical guidance throughout project delivery. Collaborate with business stakeholders and data, integration, and functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Strong hands-on experience with Varicent ICM.

Strong understanding of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Sales Performance Management (SPM), and sales compensation processes. Experience designing and implementing complex compensation plans, calculation logic, and large-volume data processing solutions. Strong knowledge of SQL, data integration, and data transformation.

Proven technical leadership experience, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. End-to-end Varicent implementation experience is preferred.
