Vi söker nu vår nästa Transformation specialist till Transformation & IT Inom Transformation & IT har vi två separata delar med olika ansvar och funktioner.
Dels arbetar vi med systemutveckling och IT-förändring under Caroline Olssons ledning inom de tre olika domänderna Core, Portals och Data och dels under transformationparaplyet mer kopplat till projektledning, processanalys och verksamhetsförändring. Som Transformation specialist kommer du arbeta med projektledning och förändringsarbete inom Tranformation men även åt andra delar av verksamheten eller dirket åt ledningsgruppen.
I rollen som projekledare förvänts du kunna driva projekt inom olika områden och med olika komplexitet såväl som redovisa resultat infor företaget, beställare eller lednignsgruppen. Utöver projektledning omfattar även rollen förbättringar inom BPM (Business process management) där du kommer hjälpa organisationen att förbättra, renodla och effektivisera arbetsprocesser.
Du kommer tillsammans med processägaren analysera, utmana och hitta nya lösningar på problemen vi ställs inför internt. Vi söker dig som har: flera års erfarenhet av projekledning och/eller verksamhetsutveckling erfarenhet från flera olika delar av vår verksamhet och gärna inom flera olika system generell kunskap om IT-systems struktur i form av gränssnitt, databaser, integrationer mm erfarenhet av kravställning, testning och implementering av IT-lösningar i verksamhet vana att arbeta med utländska motparter på engelska Why Ayvens?
