Minimum of 1 year of direct residential HVAC Service Technician experience. 2 to 3 years preferred Proven ability to independently troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Experience managing residential HVAC service calls from initial diagnosis through completed repair EPA Certification required Valid driver’s license Ability to understand and follow instructions, manufacturer documentation and technical materials Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to continue developing HVAC technical skills Dependable and self directed when learning and completing assigned work Strong customer service and communication skills Willingness to participate in the rotating Saturday on call schedule Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and safely perform work at heights Interest in developing a long term career in the HVAC trade Tex-AC & Heating is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
