3+ years of hands-on HVAC trade experience, with strong residential service and repair experience Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems Working knowledge of air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, controls, and electrical components Ability to independently diagnose HVAC problems and recommend appropriate repair or service options Ability to clearly explain technical findings and service recommendations to homeowners Working knowledge of HVAC safety practices, applicable codes, and field requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and required personal protective equipment Ability to work indoors, outdoors, on roofs, and in confined spaces or crawl spaces, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to perform required physical duties, including lifting and carrying up to 50–75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Availability to work more than 40 hours per week, extended workdays, and weekends when service demand requires The Dutchman Heating & Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
