For our client , we are looking for a versatile Senior Developer to join high-impact teams (such as OSI, Omega, or the GenAI Incubator) . In this role, you will bridge the gap between experimental prototypes and enterprise-grade production systems, helping accelerate the journey toward digital excellence and fossil freedom .
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain scalable, cloud-native backend services using .NET and Microsoft Azure ** .
- Own features from discovery and design to development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Contribute to high-level architectural decisions, balancing business value with technical excellence, security, and cost-efficiency .
- Implement robust messaging architectures using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, or Kafka ** to ensure efficient system communication .
- Collaborate with incubator teams to take Generative AI proof-of-concepts into scalable production environments .
- Champion best practices in code quality, security, and performance while sharing knowledge to help colleagues grow.
What we’re looking for
- At least 7 to 10+ years ** of experience in backend development with a deep mastery of the .NET ecosystem (C# / .NET Core) ** .
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Functions, Container Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, and App Insights. **
- 2+ years of front-end experience (preferably Angular ) and a willingness to contribute across the entire stack when needed.
- Strong familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) ** , CI/CD pipelines ** , and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. **
- A proactive communicator who can align with both technical squads and non-technical stakeholders .
- No sponsorship is available, and candidates must already reside in the Netherlands.
