Job Summary
Own day-to-day execution of a program: plan, dependencies, RAID, cadence, and escalation—driving predictable delivery across Engineering, ME, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and PPIC. Also owns integrated planning/controls to maintain a high-integrity master schedule and decision-ready reporting, linked to company objectives as cascaded into personal goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain integrated program plans (WBS, dependencies, milestones) and baseline discipline. Build and baseline the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS); manage variance, critical path, and what-if scenarios. Run execution cadence; manage RAID and action closure discipline; escalate with options and recommendations.
Produce dashboards and executive reporting packs; ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and decision-focused. Coordinate gate readiness and ensure owners deliver evidence; drive recovery planning when gaps exist.
Qualifications
BS Engineering/Industrial/Operations/Analytics Program management and/or controls/scheduling experience in manufacturing-backed programs. R eporting automation. RAID "Motolite offers you not just a job, but a career with boundless opportunities"
