Job Description and Requirements The Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist will be responsible for the servicing of portfolio mortgage loans and loans sold to external investors.
Essential Functions
Answer calls, chats, and e-mails related to portfolio mortgage loans and loans sold to external investors. Process payments and payoffs. Facilitate disbursements for hazard, flood, and windstorm insurance payments from the borrower’s escrow account and monitor insurance on non-escrow mortgage loans. Process advances on HELOC loans.
Process modification requests on portfolio mortgage loans. Review insurance claim checks up to $5,000. Process requests for termination of Private Mortgage Insurance and removal of escrow. Process release of liens on mortgage loans. Image documents into On. Base and Encompass. Maintain a high level of member service in a call center/work group environment.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 6 months of member/customer service experience Must be available to work on Saturdays as needed Ability to use phone and automated loan system effectively Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast paced environment Strong proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word and Docu.
