Location: Vadodara Department: Data Driven Services (DDS) Position Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our Data Driven Services (DDS) team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building insightful dashboards, developing robust data models, and transforming data into meaningful business intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Build data models and relationships using Power BI Desktop and Power Query (M Language). Develop complex DAX measures and calculations for analytical insights. Connect and integrate data from multiple sources including SAP, SQL Server, Excel, and other systems.
Clean, transform, and shape data using Power Query. Optimize data models, queries, and reports for performance. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all BI outputs. Prepare documentation and provide training/support to end users.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard creation, DAX, and data modelling. Proficiency in Power Query (M Language) and advanced Excel. Exposure to SAP data sources, SQL Server, or similar relational databases. Good understanding of ETL concepts and data integration best practices.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage client deliverables efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise BI environments and row-level security. Knowledge of Power BI Service (Workspaces, Gateways, Scheduled Refresh). Familiarity with Azure data tools (optional but preferable).
