Proven superintendent, field leadership, or closely related heavy civil construction experience on municipal, state, or federal projects Direct experience with water and wastewater treatment plant construction is required Demonstrated knowledge of heavy civil construction methods, sequencing, and field operations Experience with relevant scopes such as structural concrete, forming, excavation, utility piping, mechanical piping and equipment, or structural steel Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans, specifications, and elevations Ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, materials, equipment, safety, and quality in an active construction environment Strong planning, communication, leadership, and field problem-solving skills Demonstrated employment stability and a track record of seeing projects and responsibilities through Experience level is flexible based on the depth and relevance of your water/wastewater construction background Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to obtain the required CDL within three months of hire.
Current CDL is preferred. Must meet the MVR requirement of no more than two tickets in the past three years. Familiarity with construction management tools such as Procore and Bluebeam is a plus OSHA, First Aid/AED, confined-space, and fall-protection training are beneficial but are not required Candidates from outside Utah are welcome to apply.
