Responsibilities

Lead and guide nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to follow policies. Supervise patient care, including assessments, medications, and documentation. Participate in staffing and scheduling for efficient patient care. Mentor and educate nursing staff for their professional growth. Monitor compliance, maintain quality standards, and conduct audits for improvement.

Respond to medical emergencies according to protocols.
