• Required Recent/Current Hospice nursing experience in a home health setting: 1 year within the last 3 years – Required Hands on Home Care Home Base (HCHB) charting experience – Required Comfortable with Hospice Admissions ​ Must have valid Driver’s License and Personal Auto Insurance Education, License and Certification Requirements: ASN or an equivalent – Required BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred RN License for State of Ohio or Compact
