• Required Job Description: Provide all aspects of Psychiatric Nursing care for patients in assigned psych units. Provide care for inpatient adult and adolescent units and float to other units if required Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs. Develop and implement nursing care plans. Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, planning and establishing outcomes, implementation, and evaluation. Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders. Prepares, administers, and records medications in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications. Records information concisely, accurately and completely. Participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning and revises plan of care based on assessment.
