Commercial Maintenance Technician

Titan Asset Management Group is seeking a dependable, solutions-oriented Commercial Maintenance Engineer to support our portfolio of properties in downtown Rochester. This hands-on position is responsible for maintaining the safety, appearance, comfort, and operation of commercial facilities through preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and timely response to service needs. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and can independently troubleshoot maintenance concerns while delivering responsive service to tenants, guests, employees, and property partners.
