Maintenance Technician - $3,000 Sign On Bonus

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and proactive maintenance of Titan’s properties and building systems. This role focuses heavily on preventative maintenance while also performing repairs, installations, and general upkeep across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and groundskeeping.
